Support local pollinators

Why are native plants your best choice?

Most native insects are picky eaters — monarch caterpillars, for example, can only survive on milkweed. Without the plants they depend on, these species go extinct quickly. But the good news is we can help right at home. By adding native plants to our yards, we create real habitat for local wildlife. Plus, native plants are naturally drought-tolerant and perfectly adapted to Utah’s climate, making them easier to grow and better for the environment.

Sharing what we learned

In the past few years, we’ve slowly built our garden, constantly battled with weeds and pests, had a big harvest, had lost all… maybe you’ve experienced the same things and are looking for solutions.

Learn from the community

There are classes in person provided by public or private organizations, free information and programs offered by Utah State University and a local community you can ask any questions.
